Village XL Sebio
Treixadura, Godello · D.O. Ribeiro
"This month I recommend the Village XL Sebio, a white wine from Ribeiro that I'm completely in love with. It's an honest wine, one that tells the story of its land in every sip."
Village XL Sebio is born at Bodega Sebio, in the heart of Galicia's Ribeiro wine region, from Treixadura and Godello grapes grown on slate and granite soils. Vinification is traditional, with hand-harvested grapes and temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve all the Atlantic freshness of the varieties.
In the glass it shows a brilliant straw yellow with greenish hues. On the nose it is expressive: citrus, fresh herbs and an elegant mineral backbone. On the palate it is fresh, lively and well-balanced, with an acidity that makes it perfect alongside our cheeses, anchovies or simply enjoyed on its own.

An unexpected gem
An unexpected gem in O Calvario. A great wine selection at good prices and a small but carefully curated menu. Don't leave without trying the Garavato loin. We'll be back.
What I loved most was the tranquillity of the interior terrace and how modern the place is. I'll definitely be back!
We popped in for a drink and were pleasantly surprised by the great atmosphere, the varied tapas menu, the black pudding and the attentive service. We'll be back to enjoy the terrace.
